Client(s) are hiring Enchanted Design & Floral to provide custom floral design services for the Event. Floral designs are custom-made based on seasonal availability, Client preferences, and Enchanted’s creative process.

The floral items and estimated quantities are outlined in the Client’s Proposal/Invoice provided by Enchanted Design & Floral (the “Proposal”), which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Client understands:

Florals are a custom, handmade product

Exact flower varieties may vary due to market and seasonal availability

Design style and quality will remain consistent with Enchanted’s brand aesthetic and portfolio

To officially reserve the Event date, Client(s) must complete both of the following:

Sign this Agreement

Pay a non-refundable 20% retainer (listed on the Proposal/Invoice)

Your date is NOT considered booked until the signed Agreement + retainer payment are received.

The 20% retainer is applied toward the total balance.

Total Floral Investment: As shown on the Proposal/Invoice
Retainer Due Today: 20% of total
Remaining Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Event Date.

If Client(s) book within a short time frame before the wedding date, Enchanted Design & Floral may require the full balance to be paid sooner to order product and reserve staffing.

Late payments may impact ordering timelines, availability, and/or delivery/install scheduling.

Client(s) acknowledge that wedding floral design is custom work and may include:

Consultations & planning time

Custom ordering and sourcing

Recipe building and stem counts

Labor for design, prep, delivery, setup, and breakdown (if included)

Changes:
Client(s) may request adjustments prior to the final design cutoff. Changes may result in a price increase or decrease depending on product and labor. Once flowers/supplies are ordered, some items may not be changeable.

Because florals are dependent on seasonal availability and market conditions, Enchanted Design & Floral reserves the right to make substitutions as needed.

If substitutions are required, Enchanted will maintain:

The overall look & feel of the design

The color palette

The value of the floral investment

Delivery and setup are included for weddings and events held at Saxon Manor Weddings.

For off-site / outside venues, delivery and setup may require an additional fee, based on location, loading access, timing, and staffing needs.

Client(s) agree that a venue contact and/or coordinator will provide access for delivery and setup at the scheduled time. Enchanted Design & Floral is not responsible for floral damage after setup caused by weather, guests, venue staff, or other vendors.

If Enchanted provides any rental items (vases, arches, stands, candles, etc.), these remain the property of Enchanted Design & Floral unless specifically stated as Client-owned in writing.

Client(s) agree rentals must be returned in good condition, and Client(s) may be responsible for replacement cost if items are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Client(s) understand that Enchanted floral work is custom, and staffing + ordering is reserved based on the Event date.

The 20% retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances

Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable)

If Client cancels after Enchanted has already ordered product, scheduled staff, or completed custom work, additional amounts paid may not be refundable.

If Client postpones/reschedules, Enchanted will do its best to accommodate the new date, but availability is not guaranteed. If Enchanted is unavailable for the new date, the retainer remains non-refundable.

Enchanted Design & Floral’s maximum liability for any claim, loss, or damage shall not exceed the amount paid by Client(s) under this Agreement.

Enchanted Design & Floral is not responsible for:

Acts of God, weather, venue restrictions, or delays caused by others

Damage to florals after delivery/setup caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff

Color variance (flowers are natural products and vary in shade)

Client(s) grant Enchanted Design & Floral permission to photograph and/or video floral work for marketing purposes, including use on Enchanted’s website, social media, and portfolio.

Client(s) may request in writing if they prefer no identifying names or faces to be shared.

This Agreement and the attached Proposal/Invoice represent the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior discussions.

This Agreement will be digitally signed and submitted for approval. A signed copy will be emailed to the Client upon completion.
